Zusammenfassung

Statkraft is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot in Oslo. You will manage Copilot, support users, coordinate new functionality, and shape the roadmap while working with internal and external SMEs, developers and architects on delivery and innovation.

You will lead governance, provide expert advice on security, licensing and data use, and co-host events to raise awareness of Copilot across the business units. Excellent English communication is essential.

Job Description

The Collaboration & Content Solutions team ensures deliveries of global solutions and services based on a standard set of tools that are utilized globally across Statkraft’s Business Units Statkraft is working continuously with improving our existing processes and tools through several projects and initiatives. Their common goal is to make sure we meet current and future needs for secure management of information, collaboration and communication

As Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot you are responsible for the management of Copilot in Statkraft. This includes supporting our users in the way they work with Copilot, coordinating development of new functionality and creating and following up the roadmap for Copilot in Statkraft. You will be part of a team of internal and external subject matter experts, developers, and architects – delivering application management, implementation activities, advice and support to the business units. You will also work closely with the different projects, contributing to innovation and digital collaboration.

As a Subject Matter Expert Microsoft 365 Copilot you will:

• Keep an outward view to anticipate upcoming changes and plan accordingly.
• Define and implement the strategic direction, governance and roadmap for Copilot within Statkraft.
• Support users, resolve ServiceNow tickets and act as a sparring partner by providing guidance and advice.
• Co-host weekly live events to raise awareness and share the latest Copilot news, and contribute to Microsoft 365 super user meetings.
• Manage technical configurations and monitoring for Copilot, Agent Builder and Copilot Studio as an administrator.
• Provide technical expertise on Copilot features, settings, security, licensing and data use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Statkraft on Copilot, artificial intelligence and digital collaboration initiatives.

Qualifications
