Statkraft AS is seeking a Subject Matter Expert Copilot Studio to join our Oslo team. You will shape the strategic direction, governance, and roadmap for Copilot Studio, while supporting internal and external stakeholders with expert guidance and best practices.

As part of the role, you will monitor developments, manage configurations, and drive awareness through Super User meetings. You will collaborate across Statkraft on AI and digital initiatives and ensure secure, compliant usage.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable Power Platform technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of platform administration, configuration, security, licensing, and data use.
• Understanding of governance principles and their application to digital platforms.
• Ability to translate new technology and functionality into clear guidance for users and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Define strategic direction, governance, and roadmap for Copilot Studio in Statkraft.
• Monitor Copilot Studio developments and assess relevance.
• Provide user support and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
• Act as sparring partner for users and guide on Copilot Studio usage.
• Build awareness of Copilot Studio and facilitate Super User meetings.
• Manage technical configurations and monitoring for Copilot Studio including security and licensing.
