Job summary

Centric Brands seeks an Associate Merchandiser to support the merchandising team through the product lifecycle, handling samples, line sheets, reports, and showroom coordination. You will ensure data accuracy, assist with line reviews, and maintain vendor and internal communications.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 3–5 years in apparel merchandising or buying, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with apparel merchandising or buying experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with merchandising systems and data cleanliness is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools is expected.
• Familiarity with SAP or an ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and admin support to the merchandising team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Track calendars, samples, line sheets, and line reviews to meet deadlines.
• Prepare materials for reviews, update documents, and maintain sample inventory.
• Coordinate showroom setup and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Design.
• Maintain accurate product information in merchandising systems and reports.
• Create presentations, line sheets, and assortment tools for internal and external meetings.
