Job summary

VitalEssence Spa in Svalbard is seeking a Merchandiser Supervisor to oversee visual presentation and stock in our retail store. You will lead a team, ensure products are displayed to company standards, and maintain an organized, inviting shopping environment.

You will coordinate with purchasing and marketing to plan promotions, analyze sales data, negotiate with vendors, and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced Arctic setting.

• Communicate any issues or concerns related to merchandising or inventory management to upper management.

As a Merchandiser Supervisor in Svalbard you will be responsible for overseeing the visual presentation and organization of merchandise in our retail store. Salary $1300 per month without accommodation

This position is suitable for individuals who are passionate about visual presentation have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment While this position is open to all genders it may be more physically demanding for men due to some heavy lifting requirements

Location This position is located in Svalbard an archipelago north of mainland Europe While we welcome applicants from all nationalities please note that candidates must have the necessary work permits or visas to work in Svalbard
