Job summary

Nscale is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee on-site delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for hyperscale data centre projects in Norway. You will manage the technical and construction execution of MEP packages, ensuring designs, installation, commissioning, and handover meet Nscale’s standards for quality, safety, and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in MEP project delivery for hyperscale data centres.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of power systems, cooling infrastructure, HVAC and controls.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be site-based in Norway.
• Experience coordinating multi-contractor MEP packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site MEP construction with multiple contractors.
• Review designs, drawings, and submittals for safety and quality.
• Manage communications with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Track progress against master program and report metrics.
• Embed safety, sustainability, and energy efficiency best practices.
