Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years' experience delivering mechanical systems on large projects.
• Experience leading HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire protection.
• Familiarity with BIM and mechanical design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical systems across projects.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural disciplines for integrated design.
• Supervise mechanical subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
• Review designs, specs, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Provide input during design development and value engineering.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.
• Troubleshoot site issues and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure installations meet codes, standards, and safety regs.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and maintain documentation.
• Mentor site engineers and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Interface with project leadership on risks and mitigations.
