Job description

Interwell is currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer who will contribute to the development and documentation of products, from design to delivery.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in & conduct product development from design to delivery
  2. Perform mechanical design, structural analysis, and calculations
  3. Transfer results and know-how from research to practical use
  4. Support design and operational teams through prototype development, piloting, and field trials
  5. Prepare technical documentation for manufacturing parts and product support
  6. Communicate, support, and collaborate with suppliers, operations, and sales departments
  7. Conduct technical investigations of equipment and reporting
  8. Govern, promote, and commit to design processes

QHSE Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and follow Interwell policies and relevant procedures
  2. Participate actively in compliance and improvement of QHSE systems
  3. Act inclusively, supporting and respecting individual identities
  4. Ensure own and others' wellbeing, health, and safety at work, including reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • BSc or MSc in Engineering
  • Working knowledge of CAD software
  • Proficiency in English
