You should:

  • Provide high-quality service meeting customer standards
  • Prepare products according to customer requirements
  • Cut, bone, and grind meat pieces
  • Weigh and wrap meat cuts
  • Store meat at proper temperatures in refrigerators or freezers
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work stations per Norwegian health standards
  • Operate knives, band saws, grinders, scales, and other equipment
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned
  • Possess a valid driving license
