Job summary

Aibel is seeking an MC Engineer to contribute to successful mechanical completion and commissioning across projects. You will work with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure a safe, efficient transition from engineering through completion, start-up, and handover.

You will coordinate completion strategies, documentation, and systems, while developing procedures and handover processes. The role may involve offshore and onshore activities and requires strong

Qualifications

• Experience with Mechanical Completion (MC), System Completion, Commissioning, or related project execution activities.
• Familiarity with completion management and digital handover systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary project environments within the energy industry.
• Offshore certificates (GSK and medical certificate) are beneficial, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain completion strategies, documentation, systems, and matrices.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, construction, and commissioning disciplines.
• Develop procedures and work packages, and follow up digital completion and handover systems.
• Support planning and execution of MC and commissioning activities, onshore and offshore as required.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, predictable, and high-quality project delivery.
