Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced Material Coordinator

Job Description
  • Ensure the project receives the right tools and material on time
  • Coordinate materials, tools and equipment
  • Cooperate with all involved parties for planning and follow-up of transport
  • Prepare transportation and necessary documentation related to materials
  • Order- and perform follow-up of freight forwarding activities
  • Coordinate with warehouse/goods receiver and offshore personnel
  • Expedite and follow-up goods receipt, shipping, and storage of material
  • Perform the material coordination role in a manner that contributes to a healthy workplace without accidents and injuries to people, property or the environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate of apprenticeship (Fagbrev).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel skills in particular
  • Familiar with prevailing regulation
  • IMDG Certificate (preferred, not required)
  • NOG 116 – Packing, Shipping and Transport of Cargo certificate (preferred, not required)
