We are now looking for a Marketing Knowledge & Data Analytics Manager to join our newly created RBU. In this role, you will join the Analytics & Innovation team and report to the Analytics & Innovation Director.
How you can contribute and have an impact
- Manage the Data & Analytics team.
- Enable data-driven operating model, unveil insights & opportunities through continuous data analysis.
- Provide management with clear summaries (automated) of business performance, from interest to market value of cars, customer value, LTV - people view and car view.
- Responsible for delivering business analytics & reporting to RBU management.
- Lead the data governance framework: principles, policies, processes, and practices.
- Oversee data quality measures to ensure data health across the RBU.
- Monitor data usage, share best practices, and provide insights into data utilization for decision-making.
- Ensure data compliance and security (e.g., GDPR).
- Establish data audit and cleansing strategies and tools.
- Define data assets within RBU data domains, avoiding conflicts.
- Ensure data accuracy and currency (e.g., Customer data).
- Map database and data collection processes.
- Create access controls and policies to monitor adherence.
- Maintain data quality through feedback, metrics, issue resolution, and corrections.
- Lead development and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) rules.
- Manage special projects and ad-hoc reports for regional and national management.
- Collaborate with IS/IT to ensure governance & compliance, contributing to the roadmap.
What we look for
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry; EV experience is a plus.
- Experience in cross-cultural and remote management; HQ experience is advantageous.
- Experience in data management/engineering.
- Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced PC skills, especially in Excel, presentation skills, and knowledge of data governance, quality, and privacy standards.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
- Data-driven decision-making ability.
- Ability to simplify complex information.
- Knowledge of data as a strategic asset to support business strategy and value delivery.
- Excellent analytical and KPI development skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence across levels.
- Project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Process-oriented, with experience in creating and documenting policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into technical solutions.
