Marketing and communication coordinator at Neuver Maritime AS

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of everyday marketing and communication task, and who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll be responsible for keeping our brand visible, our content relevant, and our communication clear, both internally and externally.

This is a hands-on role, and we’re not expecting you to change the world. But we do hope you can improve how we show up as a company, one step at a time.

You’ll work closely with sales and product teams, support leaders in communication efforts, and manage our digital platforms. Strategic thinking is a plus, but your ability to deliver and prioritize is what really matters here.

This position will report directly to the EVP – Sales & Marketing and join the Global Sales & Marketing management team. The role is based at one of Neuver Maritime’s major locations which is Hagavik, Ålesund or Brattvåg, in Norway/Europe.

What will you do:

• Own and develop our website and LinkedIn presence
• Plan and execute simple, targeted campaigns to support sales
• Create and edit relevant content in both English and Norwegian
• Contribute to internal communication and leadership messaging
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers
• Monitor performance, extract insights, and adjust based on data
• Represent Neuver at relevant forums and events when appropriate

We are looking for people who:

• Structured, proactive, and able to deliver on time
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Strong writer and communicator (English required, Norwegian a plus)
• Curious and interested in how things work, especially in tech and maritime
• Not afraid to ask questions and challenge how we do things
• Experienced in marketing, communication or content, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting
• Familiar with basic digital tools (e.g., CMS, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics)
