Job Description

As a Market Access Value Proposition Manager in Norway, you will work towards ensuring AbbVie's portfolio of products is accessible to patients sustainably, benefiting both the company and the healthcare system. You will provide market access insights and develop strategies to optimize brand value, leveraging your expertise in health economics to support commercial, marketing, and policy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate pricing, tenders, and contracts.
  2. Gather and analyze data from clinical studies, SmPC, registries, and cost databases.
  3. Conduct health economic analyses and budget impact assessments.
  4. Prepare business cases, presentations, and value messages to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  5. Engage with authorities and decision-makers.
  6. Collaborate with Brand, In-Field Teams, HEOR, and Medical departments on marketing and professional support activities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in economics, statistics, medicine, or pharmaceuticals (e.g., Bachelor/Master of Economics/Health Economics or Pharmacy).
  2. Experience with socioeconomic/health-economic analyses and understanding of medical terminology.
  3. Experience in Market Access, Health Economics, Sales, Marketing, or Policymaking is advantageous.
  4. Knowledge of prioritized therapeutic areas is a plus.
  5. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
  6. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and dynamic modeling.
  7. Ability to independently plan and execute projects.

Stakeholders: Collaborate with external payers, policymakers, healthcare institutions, and internal teams including Brand, Commercial, Finance, Medical, HEOR, and External Affairs.
