Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Mechanic to join our onshore/offshore project teams. You will assemble and test Vx Meters and AW, develop test equipment, and ensure procedures are followed with signed-off checks.

Working with rotating machinery, high-torque tools, and sealing systems, you will contribute to HSE and quality, participate in toolbox talks, and support continuous improvement across assembly operations.

Qualifications

• Certified mechanic or equal level obtained by work experience and training.
• Crane certificate is required.
• Forklift / Cherry picker / OLF certified or documented training is an advantage.
• Flange course certification is an advantage.
• Pressure testing course certification is an advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of rotating machinery (assembly and testing).
• Experience and knowledge of swivel systems (assembly and testing).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test Vx Meters and AW.
• Assemble and technically develop test equipment.
• Report and follow procedures with signed confirmations.
• Participate in HARC and toolbox activities as required.
• Maintain a strong focus on HSE during tests and assembly, especially with high‑pressure systems and rotating machinery.
• Maintain a high focus on ethics and quality in line with company policy.
