Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of various machine types and their functions
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with CNC machines is highly desirable
• Vocational training or certification in machine operation or related field

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to specifications provided by production plans
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed for quality control
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments or repairs
