As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our manufacturing facility located in Oslo. Your primary job will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the machines and to produce high-quality products according to company standards. This is a contract position with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of machinery including but not limited to CNC machines presses lathes grinders etc
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure products are produced according to specifications
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines to ensure they are functioning properly
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Follow all safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment when required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
• High school diploma or equivalent technical training preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good communication skills in English written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
