Machine Learning Engineer

We're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to drive the development and deployment of production-grade AI systems. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for technical decision-making, code reviews, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable ML solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Senior-level ML engineering experience with proven production deployments
• Strong Python and modern ML framework expertise
• Experience leading engineers and driving architectural decisions
• Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable infrastructure
• Experience optimising models for resource-constrained CPU/GPU environmentsEdge AI/ML or IoT deployment experience is highly desirable
• Audio ML experience is a bonus

Key Requirements:

• 5 years' systems/software engineering experience
• Strong C++ skills (C and Rust also valuable)
• Experience developing software that runs on hardware or embedded devices
• Strong distributed systems background
• Memory management and performance optimisation expertise
• Solid testing and quality engineering experience
• Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous
