Job summary

WealthGuard USA is seeking a Concierge Assistant for our luxury hotel to deliver exceptional guest service and help guests with their needs during their stay.

You will handle guest requests, make restaurant reservations and other bookings, arrange transportation, and share information about local attractions and events.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; on-site duties include lobby upkeep and luggage assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with needs during their stay.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries, make reservations for restaurants and other services, coordinate transportation arrangements, and provide information about local attractions and events.
• Maintain the lobby area in a clean and organized manner and assist with luggage handling.
