Strawberry Nordic is seeking a Loyalty Program Manager to architect and drive our next-generation loyalty ecosystem across the Nordics. You will connect strategic vision, behavioral psychology, tech logic, and hotel operations to deliver tangible impact.

You will lead complex initiatives from idea to pilot and scale, balancing margin-aware benefits with member revenue growth. This role reports to the Head of Loyalty and operates in a flexible hybrid setup based in Oslo or Stockholm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loyalty strategy or program management.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
• Ability to translate customer behavior into ROI-focused loyalty mechanics.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional loyalty initiatives from inception to launch.
• Design program mechanisms, campaign logic, and member rules across Nordic markets.
• Co-design long-term loyalty strategy with tier mechanics and win-win benefits.
• Collaborate with partnerships, IT, and hotel ops to deliver seamless value.
