As Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll make in-person time feel intentional, energising, and genuinely worth showing up for. You’ll identify improvements before anyone else, elevate what’s good into exceptional, and care deeply about details most notice — but everyone feels.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Workplace Experience: own making the Orbital office energising, considered, and somewhere people genuinely want to be; continuously ask what would make it better and implement changes.
• Deliver events and rituals: manage the events calendar end-to-end, develop concepts, brief vendors, drive attendance and engagement, and analyse feedback to improve.
• Run a flawless operation: maintain snacks, meeting rooms, vendors, and office basics; build systems to keep daily activity smooth and predictable.
• Own the first impression: be the welcoming face for candidates and new joiners, ensuring a warm, thoughtful onboarding experience and representative Orbital brand.
• Work with People and Talent: coordinate interview days, arrange travel, lead office induction, and support onboarding across offices.
• Support global office standards: align with US Office Lead to provide consistency, uphold security, and promote inclusion and strong policies.
