We are seeking experienced Production Lease Operators to oversee multiple wells on a daily route. The role involves record-keeping, reporting, and troubleshooting equipment issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator to join a dynamic team in the Bakken region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain production across multiple wells daily.
2. Accurately document and report well activities and performance.
3. Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment to minimize downtime.
4. Ensure all safety protocols are followed in daily operations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Production Lease Operator.
2. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
3. Must possess the following safety certifications:

• Safeland PEC
• Basin 1
• First Aid
• H2S Clear

Compensation:
Pay is competitive and based on experience.
