Job summary

The role combines hands-on leadership, rigorous system engineering discipline and cross-functional collaboration in a demanding aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with a strong technical background.
• Experience with propulsion components, systems, testing and integration.
• Exposure to ECSS standards and ESA review processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical authority on system aspects and provide interdisciplinary oversight.
• Prepare, review and present technical documentation to customers and teams.
• Supervise engineering activities and supplier work; ensure alignment with standards.
• Translate requirements into subsystem specifications and system validation plans.
• Drive change proposals, deviations and customer feedback through validation.
