Job summary

Consilio.io is seeking a Senior SAP Concur Travel Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP Concur Travel implementations for clients worldwide. You will collaborate with finance, procurement, IT teams, and ecosystem partners to configure solutions, integrate systems, and improve compliance.

You will conduct workshops, define travel policies, and ensure seamless policy enforcement and automation while developing training materials and supporting user adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing SAP Concur Travel solutions.
• 10+ years in the Travel industry.
• Hands-on experience with emissions data and business travel partnerships.
• Proven track record in end-to-end client-facing implementations.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel policies, workflows and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Concur Travel implementations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Conduct workshops to define travel policies, workflows and reporting needs.
• Configure and optimise SAP Concur Travel for policy enforcement and automation.
• Coordinate with ERP/HR/finance systems through API integrations.
• Develop training materials and lead user adoption sessions for client teams.
• Advise on travel policy compliance and cost-control best practices.
• Support post-implementation reviews to refine system performance.
