A Norwegian scale-up in hospitality solutions seeks a Lead Product Designer in Stavanger. The role focuses on designing guest-facing products, leading research, and collaborating with product teams. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in digital product design and be fluent in both English and Norwegian. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products or services.
• Strong skills across the full design process: research, journey mapping, prototyping, interaction, and visual design.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own the design direction for guest-facing products.
• Lead research, discovery, testing, and workshops with real guests.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
