Job summary

CLEVR, a leading digital transformation partner, seeks a Lead PLM Engineer in Norway. You will drive successful PLM project deliveries and act as a technical lead in customer engagements, delivering scalable PLM solutions with agile practices.

You will collaborate with project managers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure robust PLM architectures and high-quality upgrades. Fluency in Norwegian & English is required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Teamcenter or other PLM systems and client projects.
• Experience with PLM system architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations.
• Proven leadership in technical PLM deliveries.
• Background in the engineering industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written & spoken).

• Lead technical PLM projects together with the project managers.
• Serve as a technical architect where needed in collaboration with business consulting.
• Work with Team Lead to drive technical quality in delivery.
• Oversee technical delivery of software upgrades within projects.

As a Lead PLM Engineer at CLEVR, you are responsible for driving and securing successful PLM project deliveries. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and Project Managers, acting as a technical lead in customer facing engagements, and contribute to delivering scalable and value-driven PLM solutions through agile processes. Your role will include:

As a Lead PLM Engineer your role will include leading and supporting complex PLM initiatives with a strong focus on technical excellence and customer value. You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers, business consultants, and internal teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

• Leading technical PLM projects together with the project managers
• Taking responsibility as a technical architect where needed in cooperation with business consulting
• Working closely with Team Lead and help driving the technical quality in our work
• Being responsible for the technical delivery of software Upgrades within the assigned projects

What you bring to the table:

We are looking for a candidate that brings a strong combination of technical expertise and leadership skills.

• Solid experience with Teamcenter or other PLM, systems and proven experience working on client projects with tailored PLM-systems.
• Experience with PLM system architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations, with hands‑on experience in Teamcenter.
• Proven experience leading or taking senior responsibility in technical PLM deliveries
• Background in the engineering industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in Norwegian & English (Both written & verbal)
