Job summary

Arm’s GPU Design Team in Trondheim is seeking an experienced hardware design engineer to help develop Mali GPUs, balancing power, performance, and area for the next generation of graphics processors.

You will drive RTL design across micro-architecture, build and optimize GPUs, and lead design choices to meet aggressive PPA targets while enabling AI workloads. The Trondheim team offers hybrid working and strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• RTL design experience for GPUs, CPUs or DSPs.
• Proven track record delivering complex IP blocks from spec to sign-off.
• Ability to perform metric-driven design space exploration and trade-off analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Derive specifications from architecture requirements.
• Design and optimise complex GPU blocks for multiple generations.
• Deliver IP blocks on time while meeting PPA targets.
• Provide technical leadership for a block within the GPU.
