Qualifications

• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or equivalent; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, energy sector preferred.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.

Lead and support an engineering team while developing mechanical designs and solving complex technical challenges in the energy sector.

• 10+ years of practical engineering experience, preferably from the energy sector
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (Master's is an advantage)
• Knowledge of industry standards, preferably ASME Section VIII and API
• Experience with Mathcad, ANSYS non-linear analysis, and APDL scripting is preferred
• Strong mechanical design, analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Experience with Connectors Group products and services is an advantage
