Job summary

Aviant in Ski, Norway, is building Europe’s largest base for autonomous drone delivery. We are seeking a Lead Technician to run our workshop, maintain drones, and scale manufacturing as we deploy a new transportation technology.

You will coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, develop procedures and documentation, and ensure the Continuing Airworthiness of our aircraft. The ideal candidate is highly structured, hands-on, with strong collaboration skills and a drive for results.

Qualifications

• Extremely structured and highly organized.
• Hands-on with drones and repair work.
• Ability to coordinate and organize others' work.
• Impressive relevant experience in drone tech.
• Hungry for results and delivering tangible outcomes.
