Aviant is expanding its European drone operations and seeks a Lead Technician in Ski, Norway. You will lead hands-on maintenance and manufacturing efforts, ensuring ongoing airworthiness and process improvements while coordinating a small workshop team.

Based in Ski, you will contribute to pioneering autonomous last‑mile delivery systems and work within a fast-growing European drone company. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong hands-on skills.
