Job summary

Aviant is pioneering drone delivery in Europe, seeking a Lead Technician to oversee our workshop, maintenance and manufacturing in Ski, Norway. You will maintain and manufacture drones, coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and help develop procedures and documentation to ensure Continuing Airworthiness.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on skills, strong organization, and proven experience in aerospace or high-precision hardware; you will lead a small team and contribute to the rollout

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and fabrication experience with drones or similar high-precision hardware.
• Ability to develop and document procedures for maintenance and manufacturing.
• Structured, organized, with a focus on reliability and airworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain drones and manufacture drones.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Develop procedures, documentation and programs.
• Be responsible for the Continuing Airworthiness of our aircraft.
