Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience as an Assistant Driller.
• Completion of all training requirements for the position within designated time period.
• Valid Well Control Certificate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in office applications and other systems required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform duties during drilling, work over and completion operations.
• Control drilling operations based on formations, efficiency, and issues.
• Make trips to change bits, tools, and drill string length.
• Maintain a continuous log of the well history and equipment used.
• Direct and supervise the drill crew and develop subordinate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Noble safety, health, and environmental policies.
