Job summary

Energy As is seeking an experienced professional to own and optimize the LCI System within the Project Information Management environment. The role covers coordination across Stavanger, Oslo, and Trondheim to ensure system fit-for-purpose and governance alignment with LCI stakeholders.

Fluent in Norwegian and English, you will drive process improvements, deliver training materials, facilitate user forums, and lead industry best practices through cross-company collaboration.

Qualifications

• This role requires higher education; practical experience may replace formal education.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with LCI in field development projects as an Operator.
• Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry.
• Knowledge of LCI Systems terminology; formal education/courses preferred.
• Knowledge of E&P company value chain.
• Experience with PIMS and Aveva is highly desirable.
• Excellent Office 365 user skills, especially Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate usage and improvements related to LCI functionality within the Project Information Management System.
• Coordinate with PRO – LCI Lead to ensure the system is fit for purpose.
• Collaborate with OPS – LCI System Governance regarding interfaces.
• Initiate, solve, and implement improvements; align with stakeholders.
• Drive new ways of working; train the LCI discipline community in the system.
• Ensure training materials and guidelines are available and updated.
• Stakeholder management towards process and system interfaces.
• Facilitate user forums with support from Application Management.
• Present changes to the Governance Team.
• Participate in cross-company workshops to lead industry best practices.
• Verify/review adherence to system usage in ongoing projects.
• Contribute to completion of user forums to clarify LCI functionality subjects.
