Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Lead Engineer- Control Systems to govern the global control-system discipline, architecture and lifecycle management across projects. You will set standards for PLC/SCADA/HMI, reviews, and lifecycle practices, ensuring compliance with safety and cybersecurity requirements.

The role leads engineering teams, mentors specialists, and coordinates with operations, suppliers and customers to deliver robust control-system solutions and continuous improvement

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, automation, cybernetics or a related discipline.
• Typically ten or more years of relevant experience in industrial automation, programmable logic controller and supervisory control systems, or integrated control systems.
• Demonstrated experience developing or governing control-system architectures, standards and lifecycle practices.
• Strong competence in system integration, industrial networks, diagnostics, alarm management, reliability and fault tolerance.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Technical authority and governance over global control-system discipline standards and approval processes.
• System architecture and standardization of PLC/SCADA/HMI, networks and lifecycle practices.
• Reliability, safety and cybersecurity governance for lifecycle and obsolescence strategies.
• Leadership to mentor engineers and coordinate activities across disciplines, regions and suppliers.
• Shape technology roadmaps and drive continuous improvement and standardization.
