Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Experience operating production-grade container platforms.
• Experience with Linux-based environments, ideally Red Hat / RHEL.
• Fluent Norwegian (mandatory).
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Oslo.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters.
• Manage and develop OpenShift Container Platform environments.
• Ensure high availability, security, stability, and performance of container platforms.
• Manage namespaces, resource quotas, and multi-tenant environments.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using IaC.
• Troubleshoot cluster and platform issues in production.
• Perform capacity planning and platform scaling.
• Standardize and optimize platform services and operations.
• Support containerized applications in production.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Platform teams.
• Support CI/CD processes from the platform and infrastructure side.
