Overview

Hotel near Trondheim is looking for an experienced a la carte chef. We are currently seeking an a la carte Chef/hotel chef for a hotel located 2-hour drive from Trondheim. They focus on personal service and a cozy atmosphere, great course-conference facilities, function rooms for every occasion, a restaurant, bar and a separate spa and wellness department. The kitchen focuses on local food such as seafood, wild sheep and deer, and aims to offer local food with great experiences and a taste of the sea.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare a la carte dishes, as well as buffet and three-course menus for events and functions.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, with a focus on local ingredients.
  • Work under pressure while maintaining composure and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all kitchen operations.
  • Flexibly work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.

Salary

Average working hours is 162.5 / month. Salary: 260.00 NOK/h. The approximate salary with normal hours is 47320.00 NOK before taxes (approx. 25.00).
