Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed a welding program or 6 months welding experience.
• Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced welders on various projects.
• Set up welding equipment per job specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear.
