Job summary

Arbeidsplassen is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a well-established industrial company near Mongstad, Norway. This opportunity offers a professional team environment focused on safety and craftsmanship with responsibilities such as manufacturing steel structures and carrying out repairs.

You must hold valid welding certificates for Process 111 and Process 136 and have experience in industrial fabrication. A competitive 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation schedule is provided, fostering a supportive and quality-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid welding certificates for Process 111 and Process 136.
• Documented experience from industrial facilities, shipyards, or structural steel fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture smaller steel structures such as stairways and ramps.
• Repair excavator and loader buckets.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on existing process equipment.

Skills

Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMA/SMAW)

Flux-Cored Arc Welding with Gas Shielding (FCAW/MAG)

Experience in industrial facilities
