Job summary

The Town of Natick Facilities Department is seeking Junior Custodian I - Nights (Part-Time) to join its team for evening shifts, up to 19 hours per week.

Evening work hours are between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, not to exceed 20 hours per week depending on needs. The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with CORI/SORI background checks and pre-employment physical including drug test.

Qualifications

• Performing other cleaning tasks as assigned
• Tactfully interacting with all building occupants

The Town of Natick Facilities Department currently has immediate openings for Part-Time Custodians to work evening shifts, up to 19 hours per week. We are seeking outstanding candidates who are hard-working, ambitious, and committed to working in a team environment.

Evening Work Hours

Worked schedules are varied and flexible and may be scheduled between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, (not to exceed 20 hours per week) depending on operational needs and facility assignments. Candidates must be flexible and available to work varying evening hours within this time range.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

Starting Pay: $23.2377/hour (Step 1). The full pay scale ranges from $23.2377 - $28.4385 per hour, with step increases outlined in the union agreement.
