Job summary

PramWash is hiring an Operation Assistant for TradeHub 21 in Singapore. You will thoroughly clean strollers, car seats, and other baby gear, assist walk-in customers, and operate the POS system with accuracy. You will support the team lead with daily tasks and take on additional duties as assigned.

Training will be provided; strong English communication is required. The role offers a monthly salary and a 5.5‑day work week with shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at TradeHub

Your Role

• Thoroughly clean strollers, car seats, and other baby gear
• Assist walk-in customers with their needs and provide great service
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately
• Support the team lead with daily operational tasks
• Carry out other duties as assigned

• Excellent cleaning skills and a can-do attitude
• Good communication skills and fluent in English
• Experience or familiarity with baby gear is a bonus
• Willingness to learn — training will be provided

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: $1,800 – $2,500 + performance bonus

Shifts

• Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1-hour break)

Work Week: 5.5 days (includes 1 weekend + 4.5 weekdays)
