We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Owner for the Database area to join our team at Atea Managed Services. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in enhancing Atea's competitiveness by delivering innovative IT services.

About The Role

As a Service Owner, you will be responsible for ownership and accountability of one or multiple services within our service portfolio. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify and meet current and strategic requirements, ensuring our services align with Atea's overall strategy and competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service ownership including design, planning, cost modeling, and documentation.
  • Aligning with business stakeholders to identify capability requirements from business perspectives.
  • Regular evaluation of services, collaborating with relevant functions and users to identify gaps and plan changes.
  • Development of service roadmaps aligned with Atea's strategic goals.
  • Overseeing and supporting the implementation of planned changes and improvements to services.
  • Ensuring services comply with CISO & DPO requirements.
  • Managing partner relationships and identifying competency gaps within AMS related to services.
Tasks
  • Executing planned evaluation of service health.
  • Gathering and documenting technology requirements based on strategy and business needs.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the current service setup.
  • Identifying gaps and planning mitigation strategies.
  • Investigating technology options and trends to improve services.
  • Conducting proof of concept (POC) on new services.
  • Defining automation and self-service options within services.
  • Supporting procurement in solution selection.
  • Assisting project management with planning and executing technology changes.
  • Supporting the PMO in project prioritization.
  • Providing solution design support in sales and onboarding as needed.
Competencies

We are looking for a Service Owner with significant experience in database administration, including documented experience as a database administrator and/or solution architect. Experience in managing large, multi-customer environments is essential. A strong understanding of the business aspects of services and customer value in service delivery is also required.
