Job description
Position Overview

We are seeking skilled software developers to join our R&D team, developing mission-critical software for autonomous flight systems, sensor integration, and tactical communication systems. We are looking for capable engineers that can take on one or more of the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software for unmanned aerial vehicle control systems
  • Implement real-time data processing for EO/IR sensor payloads
  • Develop embedded software for flight control and navigation systems
  • Create and maintain Ground Control Station (GCS) software applications
  • Implement GPS and GPS-denied navigation capabilities
  • Develop Android-based tactical applications
  • Work with data link protocols including STANAG 4609, MAVLink, RAS-A, and CoT
  • Create automated testing and simulation frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in computer science, cybernetics or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Bonus Skills
  • Good understanding of physics, control theory, computer vision or related subjects
  • Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms for autonomous systems
  • Knowledge of the Linux kernel and Linux driver development
  • Understanding of encryption and cybersecurity principles
  • Familiarity with military/defense standards and protocols
  • Experience with unmanned systems or aerospace software
  • Knowledge of MAVLink protocol and autonomous flight systems
  • Experience with ATAK development
  • Background in defense or aerospace industry
