Job summary

Hofseth, a forward-looking seafood company in Sunnmøre, Norway, is hiring several engaged line leaders to oversee daily production. You will report to the Production Manager and collaborate with the technical team to secure efficient operations, high quality, and food safety.

We seek candidates with production experience in seafood or food processing, proven line leadership, and fluency in Norwegian and/or English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up the daily operation of the production lines in collaboration with the production management team.
• Ensure efficient production with high quality and a focus on food safety.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and production procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of production processes in collaboration with production management and the technical team.
• Plan and allocate work tasks to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow up on deviations and contribute to corrective actions when needed.
• Contribute to stable operations and good utilization of production capacity.
