Our factory is located on Norway’s second-largest island, Senja, approximately 10 minutes by car from the center of Finnsnes. Our factory is called InnovaNor, and we offer a busy, friendly, and performance-driven work environment with a good atmosphere and plenty of good humor. At InnovaNor, our employees are our most valuable resource. They are the reason we consistently deliver premium salmon products to customers around the world. Whether you work in production, warehousing, cleaning, technical services, or the quality department, every role is equally important.

Most employees at InnovaNor work on shift schedules or rotating rosters. Working hours may therefore vary depending on the position and tasks involved. We are primarily looking for candidates who are available for full-time (100%) positions.

As an employee, you will have access to our on-site gym, two meals per day, and attractive pension and insurance schemes. We follow collective bargaining agreements for salaries, with additional pay for evening, weekend, and night shifts.

If you have never worked in a production environment before, there is no need to worry. You will receive thorough training and support from our team leaders and your new colleagues, ensuring that you feel confident in your responsibilities and daily tasks.

• Work in production and most other departments is fast-paced and physically active. We are therefore looking for candidates who enjoy a high-tempo work environment, are comfortable with physical work, while also contributing positively to an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
• Production areas are maintained at lower temperatures. Naturally, you will be provided with appropriate work clothing based on your tasks, but it is important that you are comfortable working in a cooler environment while wearing various types of protective clothing and personal protective equipment.
• We maintain strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards to ensure that you and your colleagues have a safe working day.It is very important that you follow our safety rules and work procedures to help keep yourself and your colleagues safe at work.
• Some health conditions may get worse when working in a fish processing area. If you are not sure whether this applies to you, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
• All applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Due to safety it is important that you speak and understand Norwegian or English.
• Due to requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority, employees must be able to provide an approved background check. This requires a clean criminal record and either Norwegian citizenship, a valid residence permit in Norway, or citizenship of another EU/EEA country. Unfortunately, we cannot hire individuals who are unable to obtain an approved background check. We are happy to assist with the application process, but the final approval or rejection is determined by the Civil Aviation Authority.
