Job summary

Dorminy Medical Center is seeking a House Supervisor-RN for a full-time, on-site leadership role. You will coordinate nursing staff, supervise patient care, and ensure compliance with clinical standards across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds RN licensure, BSN preferred, and current BCLS & ACLS certification, with prior management or charge experience. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are required. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Education

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and holds current licensure by State Board of Nursing

Experience

• Previous management, charge or staff nurse experience (1 year preferred)

Language Skills

• Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal relationships in a manner, which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development.
• Additional languages preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge.
