Capital One Philippines Service Corp. is seeking a Technology Specialist to provide on-site and remote technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues. The role includes vulnerability assessment support, coordination with US teams, and daily IT operations tasks.

Qualifications

College degree in IT, CS or Engineering.
2+ years in related IT/security field.
2-3 years in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficient in Google Workspace and IT service management tools.

Responsibilities

DeskSide Support: install, configure and upgrade hardware or software and assist on-site.
IT Infrastructure: diagnose network problems and support servers, desktops, printers and storage.
Vulnerability Specialist: monitor, remediate and harden systems against CVEs.
Rotate across IT sub-functions and participate in daily IT operations.
Follow SLA requirements and coordinate with US/US-based teams as needed.
