Job summary

Sperton Global AS in Bergen seeks an experienced ISO Coordinator to coordinate insulation, scaffolding and surface protection work preparation engineers on an oil and gas development project.

You will drive alignment with external subcontractors, set execution strategies, oversee inspections, manage yard and material verification, and handle deviations with the Group Lead to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant oil & gas project experience.
• Deep knowledge of insulation and surface protection.
• General understanding of the work preparation process.
• Proficiency in MIPS, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and motivate external ISO work preparation engineers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Establish execution strategies and detailed plans for insulation, scaffolding and surface treatment.
• Plan and oversee insulation and surface inspections across piping, structural, and equipment packages.
• Maintain a comprehensive yard overview for insulation and surface treatment requirements.
• Control and verify insulation material orders to ensure accuracy.
• Handle process deviations in cooperation with the Group Lead and respond to site queries.
