Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Plant Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.
• Increase production capacity and flexibility while maintaining quality.
• Develop and implement systems to track productivity and performance targets.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and compliance maintained.
• Recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.
• Allocate resources effectively and utilize assets to produce results.
• Collect and analyze data to identify waste or overtime and act.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and planning.
