Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate and maintain various types of electronic instruments such as meters, gauges, controllers and transmitters
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment using diagnostic tools
• Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams and blueprints to understand complex systems
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of instruments
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify solutions for complex problems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and blueprints
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and pressure calibrators
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work on call and in varying weather conditions

Salary

Salary for this position is $1000 USD per week.
