Job summary

Charlton & Hill Home Services is seeking a full-time in-office Sales & Customer Service Associate to drive revenue through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and lead follow-up. You will build relationships with clients, negotiate deals, and help grow the company’s presence in Southern Alberta.

We value an outgoing personality, strong communication, and at least 2 years in sales and customer service. Competitive wages, benefits, and a collaborative team environment await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Polite phone disposition and outgoing personality essential.

You will make outbound calls on service invoices, leads not sold in the field, phone inquiries, etc. and work to achieve department sales goals.

• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
