Job summary

DNV is seeking an Inside Sales professional to enable regional sales operations across Scandinavia, coordinating opportunities from qualification through to submission. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, partners, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processes. Early-career friendly, with 1–5 years of experience.

The role is located in Copenhagen, Oslo or Stockholm, offering exposure to international teams and data-driven sales strategies in a cybersecurity context.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales, bids, or customer success operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
  • Advanced user of Salesforce and related sales tools; comfortable with data, reporting, dashboards.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to increase efficiency and insights.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders in an international environment.

  • Owns end-to-end opportunity processes toward existing clients within Region Scandinavia.
  • Manages multiple opportunity processes in parallel including prep, coordination, and submission.
  • Responsible for client agreements and sales documentation with compliance and traceability.
  • Acts as central coordinator between regional sales, delivery units, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures high data quality and disciplined use of Salesforce CRM.
  • Contributes to business development by providing operational insights and data-driven input to sales leadership.

About The Role

The Inside Sales role is a key enabler of the regional sales organization, ensuring that sales operations, growth activities, and bid processes run efficiently and consistently.

In this role, you will act as the backbone of the sales engine - owning opportunity processes towards existing clients, and enabling smooth collaboration across sales, delivery teams, partners, and vendors.

You will combine strong structure, commercial drive, and collaboration skills to help ensure predictable and high-quality sales execution.

This role is well suited for early-career professionals with approximately 1-5 years of experience who are looking to build or further develop a career in sales.

The role will be located in Copenhagen, Oslo or Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owns and manages the end-to-end opportunity processes towards existing clients within Region Scandinavia, ensuring opportunities are captured, qualified, routed, and followed up according to defined sales processes.
  • Manages multiple opportunity processes in parallel, including preparation, coordination, documentation, internal approvals, and submission as well as customer interaction.
  • Responsible for client agreements and sales‑related documentation, ensuring correctness, compliance, and traceability.
  • Acts as a central coordination point between regional sales, delivery units, internal global delivery units, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth bid and sales execution.
  • Ensures high data quality and disciplined usage of our CRM system Salesforce.
  • Contributes actively to business and service development by providing operational insights, market feedback, and data‑driven input to sales leadership.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement; able to quickly assess sales cases for viability, scope clarity, and commercial basics.
  • High ownership and reliability; keeps the sales operation running smoothly and predictably.
